## Job description
- 对接地区部和国家，根据不同国家市场形态及阶段，规划阵地覆盖、阵地日常运营，拆解业务流及指标，并跟进达成；
- 通过零售渠道、门店、商圈的沙盘盘点，制定零售资源的投入标准和指引，建立门店分析管理体系，提高资源利用率；
- 指导及参与所辖海外区域的零售阵地建设进度管理、阵地产能管理、展陈形象管理等执行管理；
- 监管所辖海外区域的阵地相关费用，管控业务风险，优化阵地投放与运营效率。

## Qualifications
- 对零售有很强的意愿，学习能力强，具有良好的合作精神及ownership；
- 有较强的体系搭建、流程管理能力，有阵地拓展及运营经验优先；
- 手机行业或消费类电子行业经验更佳；
- 本科以上学历，英文流利，CET6以上，小语种加分；
- 愿意接受全球外派；
