## Job description

职位描述
- 根据公司战略规划，完成汽车交付中心的选址拓展工作；
- 有多年汽车门店的选址经验；特别是4S店的选址经验和项目资源；
- 擅长汽车交付中心的选址规划、项目评估、租赁合同谈判、以及建店、筹备的完整流程和各个业务环节;
- 能够承担同时筹备若干项目的高效工作、协调组织能力、解决问题能力；
- 能够适应要求严谨的工作体系；并始终保持勤奋，有强烈的责任心。

## Qualifications

职位要求
- 本科或以上学历，3-5年以上门店拓展工作；有汽车交付中心选址工作经验优先；
- 掌握汽车交付中心的选址逻辑，有欧洲数十家以上门店的选址经验；
- 具备充足的4S店或交付中心的项目资源；并具备一定的工程、法务等专业的知识；
- 熟悉商务谈判和掌握谈判技巧；
- 熟悉使用办公和工程专业软件等；
- 熟练使用英文或德文作为工作语言
