## Job description
- 协助商业化运营进行表盘内容管理，上线后分析数据，输出内容运营策略，进而提升营收目标；
- 负责创作者的运营管理，能够协同产研推动各类问题的高效解决，持续优化运营流程，沉淀输出SOP并推动产品化落地；
- 策划App内相关运营活动，回收活动效果，持续迭代活动方向；
- 执行商业化运营分配的其他日常工作。

## Qualifications
- 本科以上学历，勤奋好学、成长性良好、有责任心；
- 沟通协调能力良好，逻辑清晰、数据敏感度高、执行力强；
- 吃苦耐劳，对互联网运营方向有热情，有过相关实习经历优先。
