## Job description

1. 负责搭建交付体系，制定相关策略、流程和政策并对落地执行结果负责 2. 负责车辆交付与运营，对车辆交付订单负责统筹管理车辆运输、仓储管理保障车辆质量和服务品质负责数字化全流程管理

## Qualifications

1. 10年以上新能源交付经验，至少4年以上产销交运营管理经验有丰富的新能源交付运营实际操作经验，具备较强的沟通和解决问题能力 2. 独立负责/参与过项目构建、业务拉通，具有良好的协调能力和跨部门组织能力有清晰的逻辑思维、善于思考和创新
