## Job description
- 负责对总装整车四门两盖间隙、面差匹配调整；
- 熟练使用、电动枪、高精度枪等工具；
- 负责本岗位的质量、安全、5S等工作；
- 积极参加部门组织与培训，提高综合素质水平，在工作中发现问题，不断改善及优化；
- 协助班长进行车辆有序的生产、调度安排，确保交付；
- 对前工程流入不良品及饭金匹配问题进行反馈返修。

## Qualifications

1. 中专及以上学历； 2. 1年以上四门两盖匹配调整工作经验； 3. 亲和力强，积极主动，具备较强的沟通能力，团队协作能力； 4. 具备良好的解决问题的能力，有责任感，工作认真踏实。
