## Job description
- 负责小米汽车座舱车机应用软件研发工作，包括设置、车控、多媒体、舒适控制、安防、车模等产品研发；
- 充分理解需求并完成软件模块设计、开发与测试工作；
- 依照项目计划按时交付高质量软件版本；
- 积极探索新技术，改进开发方法，持续提升研发效率与质量。

## Qualifications
- 本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
- 至少一种主流编程语言(Java/Kotlin/Dart 等)，了解应用开发框架（JetPack Compose/Flutter/RN）；
- 掌握 MVC、MVP、MVVM 等设计模型，了解常用设计模式、数据结构和算法，并能灵活应用；
- 深入理解面向对象编程思想，具有较强的设计能力；
- 有良好的编程习惯与开发文档编写能力，能使用 AI 进行日常开发活动。
