## Job description
- 负责Hyper OS应用开发及运行框架的方案规划和技术演进
- 熟悉Android相关应用开发技术，对应用的开发与运行有较深刻的理解，能够对应用架构进行改进，不断提升产品体验体验和性能优化，深度参与产品需求讨论，功能定义等
- 熟悉其他应用开发框架，如Flutter、arkUI，对框架原理和运行有深刻了解；熟悉各类开发语言rust、dart、ts等，有实践经验优先

## Qualifications
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，具备扎实的计算机理论基础
- 精通Android应用开发、开发平台及框架原理，熟练使用Android SDK及相关开发工具，熟悉Android Framework，熟悉移动终端特性和解决方案
- 熟悉新的应用开发与运行框架（如Flutter、arkUI）以及不同开发语言，了解程序运行原理，寻求程序高效率运行方案，具有钻研精神和独立方案设计能力
- 具备较好的编程能力，熟悉AI指导的编码工程，沟通协作能力强，有责任心
