## Job description
- 负责整车低压能量管理开发及优化工作，并制定整车低压能耗属性指标和分解系统需求，保证低压能耗属性目标达成；
- 负责低压能量管理开发及集成，完成整车低压能耗相关评估及测试工作，并对测试结果进行分析汇总；
- 负责整车低压能量管理相关的对标工作，建立竞品数据库和方法论，总结竞品技术方案并推动本地化落地；
- 负责能耗测试数据定位设计缺陷，并提出系统级优化方案；
- 负责市场问题（如续航能耗投诉等）根因分析及闭环解决经验。

## Qualifications
- 具有整车低压电子电气架构、控制器硬件开发或能量管理专业方向工作经验，本科及以上学历；
- 负责过混动或纯电车型的能量管理或者低压电气架构等相关开发工作；
- 了解整车行车和驻车负载工况，能基于整车运行场景输入低压负载需求；
- 具备Cruise，Amesim等仿真能力或熟练使用Canoe，INCA等测试工具者优先；
- 思路清晰，具备良好的团队合作精神，具备较强的学习能力、沟通协作能力及交付意识；
