## Job description
- 负责MySQL、Redis、OceanBase等关系型和缓存数据库的运维，资源部署、工单需求、故障排查、7*24小时oncall；
- 参与数据库架构的方案讨论和设计，根据业务需求落地数据库方案；
- 负责数据库平台、周边工具的研发工作。

## Qualifications
- 熟练掌握Golang/Python语言及常用开发框架与工具，熟悉Linux开发环境；
- 扎实的编程能力，熟悉常用算法和数据结构；
- 有良好的分析和解决问题能力，对解决有挑战的问题充满热情；
- 有强烈的上进心，自我驱动，学习适应能力强；
- 掌握云原生技术或公有云技术，有KV数据库开发经验者优先。
