## Job description

1.

### Mapping

Create mapping data for business districts and key streets, update data information in a timely manner according to market changes, and gain insights into site selection priorities through dataSite 2. selection evaluation: evaluate and negotiate the business district and store site selection, and be responsible for key indicators such as store location, store construction and rental costs. 3.

### Client relationship maintenance

maintain relationships with real estate developers

## Qualifications
- Have good market potential business district / consumption pattern / competitive environment / ability to analyze traffic
- Have good communication and coordination skills with department stores across Morocco
- Able to work independently and be responsible for store evaluation, rent negotiation and contract signing
- Fluent English and French communication skills
