## Job description
- 负责集团劳动争议案件的处理，并保证交付质量；
- 负责集团劳动用工风险预防和控制；
- 集团用工模式合规性研究和探索支持，对用工趋势具有前瞻性研究的能力；
- 研究与跟踪国家和地方法律政策更新与合规建议；
- 完成公司安排的其他法律工作。

## Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历，法学、法律相关专业，熟悉国家/地方的劳动法律政策等相关知识，通过国家司法考试； 2. 5年以上从事劳动法领域工作经验，有仲裁、法院工作经历者优先； 3. 良好的口头和书面沟通能力，能够与内外部相关方进行有效的沟通和协调； 4. 法律逻辑性强，具备较好的劳动问题解决和交付能力，能够独立分析法律问题并提出合理的解决方案，具有优秀的法律研究与判例分析能力。
