## Job description
- 主导平台整体软件架构设计，提升系统工程化能力，支撑模型高效部署与迭代；
- 负责感知、规控等模型在嵌入式平台上的部署与推理加速，解决工程化落地难点；
- 制定模型部署规范与CI/CD流程，推动模型从训练到车端部署的自动化闭环。

## Qualifications
- 计算机、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历，8年以上C++开发经验，3年以上架构设计或模型部署经验；
- 精通C++及嵌入式平台优化技术（如NEON、CUDA、TensorRT），熟悉模型量化、剪枝、蒸馏等压缩方法；
- 熟悉主流深度学习框架到车端引擎的转换流程，有大型自动驾驶模型部署量产经验者优先；
- 具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，能加速平台架构设计与模型工程化落地。
