## Job description
- 负责 Android 端 AI Agent 基础设施的设计与开发，包括 Agent Runtime、Agent Harness、任务执行框架、工具调用框架等核心能力。
- 建设 Tool Calling / Function Calling 能力，将系统服务、应用能力、设备能力和云端服务抽象为可被 Agent 安全调用的标准工具。
- 参与 MCP、RAG、本地知识检索、上下文管理等能力建设，提升 Agent 对外部工具、知识和用户场景的理解与使用效率。
- 建设端侧上下文感知能力，融合系统状态、应用状态、设备状态、位置、传感器、屏幕内容等信息，支撑更准确的任务理解和执行。
- 设计端侧 Agent 任务链路，支持从意图理解、任务规划、工具选择、权限确认到执行反馈、失败回滚的完整闭环。
- 建设端云协同和模型路由能力，根据任务复杂度、隐私等级、设备能力、网络状态、时延和成本选择端侧、云端或混合执行。
- 建设 Agent 执行过程中的权限控制、安全审计、降级容灾、灰度发布、线上观测和评测体系，保障真实用户场景中的稳定性和安全性。
- 与算法、云端、系统应用、设备服务等团队协作，推动 AI Agent 能力在多终端场景中落地。

## Qualifications

职位要求 1、5 年以上 Android、客户端基础架构、系统服务或端侧基础设施开发经验。 2、熟悉 Android Framework、系统服务、进程通信、权限机制、后台任务、性能优化、稳定性治理等至少一类方向。 3、熟悉 Kotlin / Java / Rust / C++ 中至少一种，具备扎实的数据结构、并发、异步、网络、存储和性能优化基础。 4、具备良好的工程架构能力，能够设计稳定、可扩展、可观测、可持续演进的端侧基础设施。 5、对 AI Agent、On-device AI、Agent Runtime、Tool Calling、MCP、RAG、端云协同、多模态交互等方向有兴趣或实践经验。 6、有复杂系统问题拆解能力，能够将模糊业务目标转化为清晰的技术方案、模块边界和迭代计划。 7、关注线上质量和用户体验，具备指标意识，能够围绕任务成功率、响应时延、资源消耗、稳定性、安全性持续优化。 8、具备跨团队协作经验，能够与算法、云端、客户端、系统、产品等多角色协同推进项目落地。
