## Job description
- 负责全球薪资日常运营，保证薪资发放的准确性和及时性；
- 与薪资供应商紧密合作，确保供应商提供高质量服务；

### 跨部门协作
- 与人力、财务、法务等相关团队紧密合作，确保权责发生制、供应商付款等流程的顺畅进行；

### 数据分析
- 协助处理与薪资相关的财务问题，确保数据的准确性和一致性。

### 其他payroll项目 Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for global payroll daily operations, ensure high accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with payroll vendors to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Treasury team to ensure smooth operation in accrual, vendor payment, etc.

### Data analysis
- Assist in handling financial issues related to payroll to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
- Support payroll projects.

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理或数据分析专业优先；
- 有流利的英语书面和口语能力，能够进行基本的英语沟通；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够适应快节奏的工作环境，注重细节，结果导向
- 对数字敏感，具备一定的数据处理和分析能力。

### Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in Human Resource Management or Data Analysis preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, able to conduct basic English communication.
- Possess good communication skills and a team spirit, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, detail-oriented, result-driven.
- Sensitive to numbers and possess a certain level of data processing and analysis skills.
