## Job description
- 研究多个AI加速芯片和AI推理芯片技术方向，行业技术洞察，AI硬件产品落地计划；
- 评估和端侧AI更契合的存算一体技术，并根据可行性评估进行合作预研；
- 根据AI硬件产品设计需求，给出相应的解决方案。

## Qualifications
- 博士，发表过相关领域TOP期刊论文或获得过本领域TOP科研竞赛奖项；
- 从事过AI算力研究或AI芯片架构研究和AI推理芯片封装工艺研究；
- 具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力，具备自驱力及创造力；
- 具备团队协作沟通能力。
