## Job description
- 导航辅助驾驶功能， 进行车辆的横纵向运动学/动力学建模及参数辨识，设计运动控制算法，并编码实现；
- 实施仿真、实车调试验证方案，验证算法正确及性能达标；
- 相关数据指导采集、汇总；
- 与规划、执行器等模块合作，联合调优。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，硕士优先，计算机、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业；
- 有自动驾驶控制、车辆模型辨识方面的研究或者开发经验；
- 熟悉lqr, mpc等控制常用算法；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。

### 加分项
- 具有实车联调优化经验；
- 有较强的研究能力优先，如在顶会发表过论文；
- 熟练使用c++。
