## Job description
- 负责软件开发的流水线搭建维护和集成工作
- 负责自主开发软件的流程质量管理
- 负责SIL测试环境的搭建和维护
- 负责对底层软件的需求梳理和交互

## Qualifications
- 本科/硕士，车辆工程、控制科学与工程、机械电子、动力工程等相关专业
- 掌握车辆动力学基础理论（轮胎模型、车辆状态估算、稳定性控制等）
- 熟练使用MATLAB/Simulink进行控制算法开发与仿真
- 良好的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，具备团队协作精神
- 如有赛车/方程式车队或相关竞赛经历更佳
- 对"运动好开"的驾驶体验有热情和理解
