## Job description

参与端到端项目算法研究与方案落地。 包括但不限于感知基础模型的自监督预训练算法研究，多传感器融合的时空建模探索。 参与算法模型训练基础设施与工具链建设，参与高质量数据集构建，致力于提高基础模型在下游多任务的泛化问题，解决实际应用中的长尾问题。

## Qualifications
- 计算机相关专业
- 熟悉掌握 python/C++编程，熟练使用pytorch/tensorflow等其中一种深度学习框架。
- 对自动驾驶充满热情，有持续学习和自主探索的精神，有从0到1搭建模型系统的能力信心。
