## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 承接热管理架构和高压架构的性能目标，完成高压水加热器选型匹配及量产导入;
- 根据整车开发流程，完成SOR/DVP/DFMEA等文件;
- 牵头编制设计规范、零部件技术标准等能力建设需求文件;
- 解决研发各阶段（试制、台架试验、整车试验）加热器出现的问题;支持售后解决市场加热器问题；
- 负责水加热器满足性能、质量、成本、装配工艺、轻量化、软件规范等要求;
- 负责水加热器前沿技术与机理研究工作，提升项目研发能力。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上，机电一体化、电气工程、汽车电子、电力电子等相关专业，从事汽车热管理高压部件相关开发工作5年以上，有Tire1经验者优先；
- 具备2款以上汽车热管理高压部件量产项目经验，2款以上新能源汽车热管理高压部件量产项目经验；
- 精通市场主流加热器的基本性能、结构特点及工艺工程;
- 了解CAN或者CANFD的基本通讯原理、诊断及bootloader规范基本知识；
- 熟悉IGBT及IGBT驱动芯片主要参数应用特点及失效模式，具备原理图及layout基本分析能力；
- 具备良好沟通协调能力，追求卓越；
