## Job description
- 负责笔记本电脑底层软件及整机系统相关特性的需求分析、测试设计、测试方案制定及测试工具开发。
- 负责 BIOS/EC、性能、续航、兼容性、多媒体等方向的测试用例设计、测试执行及测试体系建设。
- 负责笔记本项目全生命周期的软件测试交付管理，包括测试策略、测试计划、流程制定及资源、时间、费用、风险管理。
- 负责 ODM 测试管理与协同，推动测试认证、问题跟踪、节点评审及项目交付落地。
- 负责测试问题分析、风险识别与闭环管理，输出测试总结及测试报告，保障交付质量。
- 负责测试标准、工具链和自动化测试框架建设，并组织团队技术培训与能力提升。

## Qualifications

1、本科及以上学历；计算机，电子、通讯类专业 2、8年以上笔电测试经验；3年以上笔电产品项目管理经验 4、熟悉笔电测试流程，熟悉笔电多个模块功能测试：基本功能、短距功能、交互及多媒体、系统及软件、性能和稳定性等软测，硬测，可靠性测试相关测试经验； 4、善于沟通表达、有较强团队合作能力与领导力，能承受工作压力
