## Job description
- 负责手机及平板产品全生命周期的质量管理，覆盖研发、量产、售后三个阶段，推动跨部门质量问题的定位与闭环解决；；
- 主导制定产品质量策划方案与验收标准，并对执行过程进行全程监控，确保标准有效落地；
- 组织各阶段 TR 评审，对关键质量问题进行复盘总结，形成改进措施并跟踪闭环；
- 参与质量管理流程与规范的制定及优化，沉淀方法论并推动团队应用。

## Qualifications
- 本科及 8 年以上相关通信行业工作经验，质量、研发、项目、NPI 背景优先，有研发背景者优先考虑；
- 熟练掌握从客户需求到产品实现、制造、交付的全过程基本流程，有全面的质量工程理论基础，精通本岗位职责要求；
- 有丰富的质量业务活动成功实践经验，有组织、推动解决跨部门/功能领域的成功工作经验；
- 有丰富的项目管理经验和引导，审计经验；
- 具备制定质量目标、主导 IPD-TR 评审，进行质量度量分析、缺陷预防管理的策划能力。
