## Job description
- 负责6G大带宽场景下的DPD/ET算法，突破带限与采样率约束；
- 负责建立PA、天线阵列非线性与记忆效应模型，设计补偿与校准方案；
- 探索AI神经网络xMIMO算法和非线性建模中的应用；
- 基于自研modem+国产产业链完成算法设计和闭环验证，构建专利；
- 负责未来通信算法路线规划。

## Qualifications
- 博士学历，通信/微波/电磁场等方向，通信算法研究成果突出，有高质量论文者优先；
- 具备DPD、线性化、PA非线性建模或阵列校准的实际研究经验；
- 掌握通信链路与数字信号处理理论，熟悉算法相关工具；
- 有算法端到端设计、实现的经历，能从理论推到走到工程闭环；
- 思路清晰，有主见，对开放性问题具备推演与创新能力。
