## Job description
- 及时响应售后问题，通过后台数据及车机日志对用户反馈做分析、定位推动研发解决售后软件bug；
- 跟踪推进问题关闭率，聚类重点问题推进闭环解决；
- 掌握每个版本新上线的功能，高度关注OTA灰度发布以及批量发布初期用户的建议与反馈推动must fix问题的解决；
- 准备问题及质量状态报告支持管理层决策；
- 组织对重大问题、批量问题的复盘，推动研发过程的持续改善。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上辅助驾驶方向相关工作经验，熟悉辅助驾驶功能定义与功能实现；
- 熟悉整车电子电器架构，对以太网通讯和CAN/LIN总线及诊断有深刻的认知；
- 对激光雷达、摄像头、毫米波雷达等传感器的工作原理有深刻的理解，具备软硬件问题解耦和分析经验者优先；
- 掌握python语言者优先；
- 熟悉软件开发流程，方法，工具；
- 具备良好的质量意识，掌握质量工具及方法论如8D, 6Sigma；
- 责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神。
