## Job description
- 参与制定并实施海外媒体商业化策略，确保用户体验的同时提升广告收入
- 定期进行海外媒体商业化市场调研，包括但不限于用户行为分析、广告形式研究等
- 分析数据以发现潜在的增长机会，提出创新性的解决方案来优化现有商业模式
- 支持跨部门沟通协调，跟进项目进度，确保各项任务按时完成

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、广告相关专业优先
- 具备5年以上商业广告经验
- 拥有较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，善于从数据中提炼有价值的信息
- 具备良好的团队协作精神和自我驱动力
