## Job description
- 根据实际生产校核过程质量控制标准（平衡生产及质量）并提出合理化建议；
- 制定过程质量控制开展方案及相关标准流程文件制定；
- 负责过程质量问题管理促进解决；
- 参与制定过程审核方案及负责组织工厂相关专业开展落实过程质量审核；
- 对售后问题归拢聚焦，机理和系统上推动问题解决。

## Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历，电化学专业；
- 大学英语CET-6以上，具有良好的听说读写能力；
- 较强的责任感，良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神，能接受高强度工作节奏；
- 有校内或校外项目经验。
