## Job description
- 负责安排和组织客户的交付接待流程，确保客户在提车时能够得到良好的体验和服务；
- 协助客户填写相关交付文件和手续等，并确保所有文件的准确性和完整性；
- 向客户介绍产品的功能、操作方法、用车场景等相关信息，解答客户的疑问；
- 协调和安排相关部门（如PDI、银行、保司）的资源，确保交付过程的顺利进行；
- 处理客户的问题和投诉，并及时跟进解决方案，以提高客户满意度；
- 维护交付接待区的整洁和有序，确保环境符合公司形象和标准；
- 协助上级完成其他相关的行政和接待工作。

## Qualifications
- 具备相关领域的工作经验，特别是在新能源汽车交付接待或客户服务方面；
- 具有良好的沟通和表达能力，能够与客户建立良好的关系，并有效传达信息；
- 对于新能源汽车的功能和相关知识有一定的了解，并能清晰地向客户介绍和解答疑问；
- 具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神，能够处理客户问题并有效解决。
