## Job description
- 参与整车运动控制策略开发（含制动/驱动/回收/稳定性控制等）
- 负责制动系统功能设计、仿真与实车验证；
- 完成控制策略MIL、SIL、HIL测试；
- 参与实车标定调试；
- 编写技术文档，参与设计评审与问题追踪

## Qualifications
- 本科/硕士，车辆工程、控制科学与工程、机械电子、动力工程等相关专业
- 掌握车辆动力学基础理论（轮胎模型、车辆状态估算、稳定性控制等）
- 熟练使用MATLAB/Simulink进行控制算法开发与仿真
- 良好的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，具备团队协作精神
- 如有赛车/方程式车队或相关竞赛经历更佳
- 对"运动好开"的驾驶体验有热情和理解
