## Job description

1.进店接待至维修完成整条服务链路体验、质量和效率保障的执行人；2.负责高质量达成进店用户的服务需求满足，达成服务满意度指标；3.车辆维修保养及疑难故障处理，保修、服务行动等维修服务行为的第一负责人；4.做好责任区5S工作，保持工作场地整洁整齐；5.跨店/跨区技术支持，维修报告的书写，维修案例的总结；6.服务理念及服务价值的执行者和传递者，践行小米服务文化在用户触点的落地达成。
