- 负责产品培训策略，包括上市培训规划、产品课程开发、落地闭环检核等
- 围绕产品卖点、业务痛点和需求，设计大型培训项目
- 人才发展中心其他项目支持

## Qualifications
- 有5年以上大家电或零售培训/销售经验，热爱电子产品及培训工作
- 诚实正直，自驱力强，数据分析能力强，具备承压能力
- 具备较强的跨部门资源协调能力，能够适应快速变化
- 本科及以上学历
