## Job description
- 负责物流、售后、客服的用户研究工作，独立进行用户服务研究规划和项目管理。
- 建立用户体验研究体系，用户需求信息收集渠道。规划调研方向，输出行业分析、竞品分析和用户洞察等研究报告。
- 完善服务体验度量体系，输出服务体验度量报告，推进迭代优化。
- 根据业务需求，设计调研方案、调研问卷，进行定性和定量的分析，输出有价值调研报告。
- 与服务各个业务紧密协作，建设用户服务画像。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，7年以上用户研究、服务洞察相关经验。
- 具备较强的数据分析能力和结构化思维能力，归纳总结能力强。
- 具备较强的项目管理能力，能独立负责用户洞察研究项目。
- 具备很强的沟通协调能力，能进行跨团队、多部门的沟通，推进问题解决。
