## Job description
- 负责线上与A岗对接用户提车细节。
- 负责用户线下交付体验，为用户打造便捷、高效、有温度的提车感知。
- 负责现场用户接待、车辆查验、手续办理（收款、开票、保险或金融放款、牌照办理及衍生服务等）、车辆讲解、提车拍照。
- 配合店长确保各项交付流程及政策落地，并将客户意见及时反馈至店长或总部，适时提出改进建议。
- 负责现场用户交付服务体验及交付后的回访，确保用户满意度，合理调动资源快速解决突发状况，最终达成交付核心目标。

## Qualifications
- 具备相关领域的工作经验，特别是在新能源汽车交付接待或者客户服务方面；
- 具有良好的沟通能力和表达能力，能够与客户建立良好的关系，并有效传达信息；
- 对于新能源汽车的功能和相关只是有一定的了解，并能清晰地向客户介绍和解答疑问；
- 具备良好的服务意识和团队合作精神，能够处理客户问题并有效解决。
