## Job description
- 收集并分析典型端侧AI应用场景（如拍照录像、Agent、LLM等）的神经网络模型
- 选取典型端侧AI应用场景进行系统级软硬件联合验证
- 设计轻量化、高能效的NPU微架构，确定计算单元、控制单元、片上缓存等模块的整体架构方案
- 构建指令集及控制机制，支持灵活的操作控制与资源调度
- 设计多任务调度机制，支持边缘推理任务的优先级分配与资源共享

## Qualifications
- 具备电子工程、计算机体系结构、集成电路设计、人工智能芯片等相关专业博士学位
- 有扎实的计算机体系结构、数字电路与SoC设计基础，具备端侧AI芯片或NPU相关研究背景者优先
- 具备良好的科研背景与工程实践能力，有国际一流会议或期刊论文发表者优先（如ISCA、HPCA、MICRO、DAC等）
- 能将AI模型映射到硬件架构中，有模型压缩、量化、算子优化经验者优先
