## Job description
- 制定售后服务标准化建设方案，包括服务流程、服务标准、服务指标等；
- 门店考核、应用及提升，门店结算及异常处理；
- 监督和指导门店的售后服务工作，确保服务符合标准化要求；
- 收集和分析客户反馈信息，制定改善方案，提高客户满意度；
- 协调各部门之间的工作，确保售后服务的顺畅进行；

## Qualifications

1. 2年以上手机品牌售后服务规范类职责运营 2. 具备较强的项目管理能力和沟通协调能力，能够有效地制定和实施售后服务标准化建设方案； 3. 具备较强的数据分析能力和解决问题的能力，能够分析问题、制定解决方案并有效地解决问题；
