## Job description

### 目标管理
- 品类目标分解，周别、月别、季度别跟进目标达成

### 产品管理
- 负责产品生命周期管理，对导入期、成长期、成熟期和退市期进行产品规划管理

### 销售管理
- 对国际米家品类销售持续赋能，结合市场环境变化和公司政策变化及时复盘调整打法，促进全年销售业务目标达成

### 市场洞察
- (行业＋竞品), 输出产品零售策略，监控产品生命周期内的销量情况，总结规律与打法

## Qualifications
- 对零售有很强的意愿，学习能力强，具有良好的合作精神及ownership
- 品类运营，GTM，海外销售经验优先
- 手机行业或消费类电子行业经验更佳
- 本科以上学历，英文流利，CET6以上，小语种加分
- 愿意接受全球外派
