## Job description
- 主导高速数据传输芯片数字模块的架构设计，并与射频、高速接口等模块协同完成芯片整体方案设计，确保系统指标达成；
- 参与核心子模块的设计和实现，如数据复用/解复用、串并/并串转换、成帧/解帧、均衡等；
- 负责芯片数字部分从设计到量产的全流程落地，保障功能、时序及功耗达标；
- 跟踪短距超高速数据传输领域的前沿技术与标准演进。

## Qualifications
- 微电子、集成电路、电子工程等相关专业，博士毕业生；
- 精通数字IC设计原理、流程和方法，尤其是高速数据传输相关核心模块；
- 有复杂芯片的设计和流片成功经验；
- 以第一作者在顶级期刊或会议发表过高水平学术论文（如ISSC、JSSC等）。
