## Job description

从店铺现场开始学习经营，通过优秀的导师帮带、完善的培训体系和多样化的晋升路径，快速成长为零售行业精英。
- 根据培养计划及带教安排，学习掌握门店内顾客接待、商品陈列、盘点整理、售后咨询等运营管理工作；
- 负责门店整体管理，达成销售目标；
- 通过经营管理学习，带领团队完成销售及市场关键动作。

## Qualifications
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 优秀的学习能力、沟通协调能力以及洞察分析能力；
- 认同小米品牌，愿意融入小米文化价值观；
- 性格热情活力，心态开放，愿意拥抱变化。
