## Job description
- 负责客户订单的接收，确保订单信息准确无误。
- 完成交付计划拆解，确保交付任务高效完成。
- 收集交付、库存及客户反馈数据，进行深度分析；定期生成运营报告，为业务决策提供数据支持。
- 根据业务需求优化系统功能，提升工作效率。
- 持续优化交付运营流程，提升整体效率。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上汽车行业从业经验，3年以上新能源交付从业经验；
- 优秀的团队管理和领导能力，5年以上团队管理经验；
- 精通交付全链路流程及提升方法，对行业有全面认知；
- 具备优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够有效与各部门和供应商合作；
- 具备优秀的时间管理和组织能力，能够处理多任务并有效地安排资源；
- 具备良好的分析能力和数据驱动的决策能力。
