## Job description
- 负责车身、开闭件、内外饰、底盘各系统仿真分析模型的搭建, 及相关分析工作的实施；
- 负责车身、开闭件、内外饰、底盘各系统模态、刚度、强度和耐久仿真分析及优化，方案推进与跟踪落实，报告编制及相关交付物归档；
- 负责车身、开闭件、内外饰、底盘结构耐久相关的试验跟进、仿真与试验对标、问题总结与横展；
- 负责车身、开闭件、内外饰、底盘系统非标试验设计、边界及载荷分析、试验方案有效执行；
- 负责建立与完善车身、开闭件、内外饰、底盘各系统的模态、刚度仿真数据库；
- 负责编制和完善仿真相关的分析规范及指南、评价方法与研发流程；

### 负责仿真能力提升
- 精度与效率提升、业务拓展及方法探索、新技术引进等。

## Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历，车辆、机械、材料、力学等相关专业，3年以上相关工作经验，有主流主机厂工作经验优先；
- 熟练应用有限元前处理软件及结构强度耐久分析求解器，如Hyperworks、ANSA、Abaqus、NASTRAN、OPTISTRUCT、nCode、Femfat等；
- 熟悉整车各系统结构强度耐久分析及评价方法；
- 熟悉整车耐久开发方法与流程，掌握疲劳耐久分析理论及应用者优先；
- 思路清晰，具备较强的沟通协作能力，以及较强的执行力与交付意识。
