Pay starts at $22.15/hour [with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $23.35/hour] $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators $1/hour for working overnight shift Rewards and Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage starts on day one of employment. Access to up to 50% of your paycheck based on hours worked before payday. 18 paid time off (PTO) days annually for full-time employees (accrual prorated based on employment start date) and 6 company holidays per year. 6% company contribution to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan each pay period, no employee contribution required. Position Details The Distribution Center Associate performs warehouse responsibilities and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing – picking, packing, staging, shipping, general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities to guarantee a safe and clean work environment. Ensure compliance with safety requirements by performing inspections and maintenance. You will role report directly to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other DC Associates. ### Shift Morning Shift - FT Mon - Fri 10:00am - until finish. Night Shift - FT (4x10) - Sun - Wed 10:00pm - 8:30am You Will Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with strong attention to detail. - For example, unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing products - Ensure products are shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed - Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed - Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements - Perform other tasks as directed by leadership You Have Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations ### At least - 18 years of age - Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds - Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity or expression, protected veteran status or any other protected characteristic under federal, state, or local law.
