Think you’d look good in blue? A career at BIG W could be the perfect gig for you. ‘BIG W. How good's that!’ What you'll do In this role you will lead and execute BIG W’s end-to-end influencer strategy to drive brand visibility, share of voice (SOV), engagement, and revenue across our social platforms. You will act as the driving creative force behind our paid talent partnerships, contra gifting initiatives, and earned media amplification.
- Lead the identification, contract and rate negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing management of top-tier creators and paid talent for BIG W.
- Oversee end-to-end monthly gifting operations for the Insiders Gifting Program, collaborating with warehouse and category teams to ensure seamless fulfillment while sourcing fresh pipeline talent.
- Monitor and evaluate influencer campaign performance, reporting on ROI, engagement uplifts and key KPIs while ensuring strict adherence to Australian advertising compliance and disclosure standards.
- Partner closely with BIG W Marketing and Media Relations teams to seamlessly integrate influencer activations into broader whole-business marketing campaigns. What you'll bring To succeed in this role, you will bring a creator-first mindset, blending creative flair with commercial acumen, a sharp eye for emerging digital trends, and a passion for community building.
- Extensive experience leading impactful influencer marketing, social media campaigns, ideally within retail, FMCG, or consumer lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in contract negotiations, rate benchmarking and nurturing productive, long-term talent and agency relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to translate campaign analytics, ROI metrics, and social listening insights into actionable creative strategies and opportunities.
- Strong project management and logistics skills, comfortable managing complex gifting dispatch pipelines, budget allocations, and whole-business briefs.
- Exceptional stakeholder and interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams. What you'll experience
