## Job description

產品管制協調管理師為規劃、推廣、聯絡及控制專案進行之負責人，並協調處理專案開發階段之異常情況，使新產品能順暢切入工廠且如期推出，達成客戶滿意之目標。
- 協同PM規劃、掌控新產品專案之研發時程與進度。
- 統籌研發團隊所需測試物料之需求，並管控分配進度狀況以及調度。
- 協調R&D進行BOM(Bill of Materials)的製作、拋送與變更之管制。
- 試作(Pilot Run)排程之協調，備料進度之跟催，跨部門溝通協調，排解異常狀況，作為研發團隊與工廠之間溝通橋樑，使新產品順利導入工廠。
- 新產品量產之後，各階段研發物料之回收處理以及成本管理。
- 學歷科系:大學以上(工程學科類, 工業管理, 資訊管理相關為佳)。
- 工作經驗:相關產業工作二年以上。
- 專業能力:工作管理(包含時間管理),溝通協調。
- 語文要求:TOEIC 450分以上。
- 其他說明:抗壓力需要極強,細心且配合度執行力高。
- 工作待遇:面議
