## Job description

負責事業群（BG）人才發展專案規劃與執行（含需求分析、課程設計與成效追蹤） 規劃並優化公司新進人員訓練（Onboarding）體系與學習旅程（0–90天） 設計與執行各階層主管之領導力培訓專案 搜尋、評估與導入外部培訓資源及數位學習解決方案 規劃與製作培訓教材（簡報、課程內容、案例與數位教材等） 擔任內部講師，授課溝通、協作、職場效能等通識課程 參與企業技能模型（Skill Framework）建置與人才發展應用
- 具備4年以上教育訓練或人才發展相關工作經驗。
- 熟悉人才發展專案規劃與執行，包括事業單位培訓專案。
- 具備總部訓練專案設計及執行能力，能盤點能力架構並對應職涯發展體系。
- 良好的跨部門溝通協作能力，能有效整合內外部資源。
- 具備數據分析及報表製作能力，能根據培訓效果進行優化。
