## Job description

1. 執行專案管理，確保專案如期完成。 2. 協助製造流程規劃與優化，提升生產效率。 3. 與客戶及內部團隊進行溝通，確保資訊同步。 4. 監控量產產品進度，確保交期達成。 5. 統籌跨部門資源，推動專案順利進行。 6. 負責客戶工廠新產品/產線稽核、以及客戶來訪之計畫安排與執行、並處理客戶需求與問題。 7. 依客戶需求評估，協調各部門單位並提供客戶解決方案。 8. 完成主管交辦事項並能彈性支援其他專案任務。 9. 安排產品移轉海外計畫之準備，與團隊工程準備，品質驗證追蹤。 10. 新產品驗證階段需掌握進度，確保產品順利從設計端轉移至量產端。
