## Job description
- 硬體與系統架構設計
- AI Server 硬體架構規劃與設計（GPU/CPU/Storage/Networking 配置），設計高密度、高效能運算解決方案。
- AI Server 主板與周邊小卡硬體研發的電路設計（如 Schematic, PCB Layout、Power Delivery、Thermal 設計驗證）。
- 評估關鍵零組件（如 GPU 加速卡、高速互連介面 NVLink/InfiniBand）的技術選型與相容性測試。
- 研究最新伺服器技術與硬體趨勢，提出改進方案以提升產品競爭力。
- 技術支援與問題解決
- 提供客戶端（含工廠生產端）on-site 技術支援，針對GPU/Server/Storage/Networking 等硬體與系統進行除錯、問題分析及解決。
- 協助客戶端（含工廠生產端）試產與量產階段的測試工具導入、良率提升及問題反饋。
- 重現問題並生成報告，協調內部團隊（R&D、生產線）及總部資源提出改善方案。
- 客戶與專案管理
- 擔任客戶第一線窗口，管理客訴問題追蹤、彙總及知識庫建立。
- 審查 Sustaining 專案（如 ECO/ECR、2nd source 驗證與 BOM 管理）。
- 文件與溝通
- 撰寫技術文件（規格說明、trouble shooting等）。
- 與客戶/內部團隊溝通技術需求，撰寫技術文件（規格說明、trouble shooting等）與測試報告。
- 培訓並支援當地FAE。
- 系統驗證、除錯與分析
- 執行系統級測試（壓力測試、熱模擬、功耗分析），確保符合資料中心規格（如 OCP 標準）。
- 分析硬體/軟體相容性問題（如 GPU 驅動衝突、PCIe 通道錯誤）與Debug，解決設計相關問題並提供解決方案。
- 與韌體及軟體團隊合作，執行硬體與軟體的功能整合測試，客戶需求分析及反饋。 【條件要求】 1.

### 學歷要求

大學以上，電機電子工程、或相關科系 2. 2-4年以上科技/電腦相關產業經驗，具伺服器/PC 相關產品驗證，FAE 支援或產品管理經驗尤佳，無經驗亦可 3. 具備Cloud Computing 產業經驗者優先 4. 熟悉電腦硬體架構（X86/ARM/GPU 伺服器平台）、網路基礎架構及 Linux 系統操作 5. 具備硬體設計工具基礎知識（如 OrCAD/Allegro Layout 操作）、能閱讀電路圖（Schematic）與技術規格書（Datasheet） 6. 若具備基礎程式能力(Python)為加分項目 7. 多益 500 分以上尤佳 8. 具備客戶端問題統整與跨部門協調經驗 【其他】 1.
