## Job description
- Supplier Quality Management Own supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement. Establish supplier quality targets, KPIs, DPPM goals, and performance reviews. Conduct supplier business reviews and quality management reviews. Monitor supplier scorecards and initiate escalation when performance deteriorates. Lead supplier qualification, capability assessment, and approval process.
- Supplier Issue Resolution Lead critical supplier quality issue investigation and closure. Drive 8D / RCA / CAPA activities with suppliers. Challenge supplier root cause analysis using data and evidence. Verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Manage quality escalations affecting production or customer satisfaction.

### Supplier Audit & Development Plan and execute
- Process Audit System Audit Product Audit Special Audit Assess supplier capability in: Manufacturing Execution System (MES) SPC Automation Traceability Digitalization Quality Management System Develop supplier improvement roadmap and track implementation.
- NPI Quality Assurance Support NPI projects from supplier quality perspective. Review PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, SOP and Inspection Standards. Ensure new suppliers and new parts are production-ready before MP. Identify manufacturing risks and mitigation plans during development stage.

### Data Analytics & Risk Management Analyze
- DPPM COPQ Yield Loss Audit Findings Customer Complaints Supplier Performance Trends Build predictive quality indicators and prevention mechanisms. Convert quality management from reaction to prevention.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with: Engineering Manufacturing Procurement Sourcing PM Customer Quality Supplier Management
