## Job description
- 負責PCBA(SMT+DIP)生產流程的規劃、調度及效率提升
- 監控生產進度，確保生產目標達成並降低不良品率
- 分析生產數據，提出改善計劃並執行效率優化
- 協調跨部門溝通，解決生產過程中的問題
- 指導與培訓生產團隊，提升團隊專業技能與工作效能
- 具1年以上生產管理經驗
- 能配合輪班作業需求
- 具備良好的溝通協調及問題解決能力
- 對工作細節有高度耐心和責任感
- 熟悉生產管理相關軟硬體及流程改善經驗
