## Job description
- 負責墨西哥廠區消防管理及保安稽核, 缺失與改善
- 撰寫稽核報告, 協助推動改善措施
- 協助處理突發, 異常事件及事故調查, 並持續優化作業流程
- 監督團隊執行安全及保全流程, 確保規範遵守, 並對違規行為採取相對處置
- 負責跨部門/跨廠區溝通協調作業及專案管理事項
- 建立風險及安全管理標準作業流程及規範, 維護整體風險及安全管理體系

### 建立與警察及消防單位的良好關係 條件要求
- 具備良好的分析及問題解決能力
- 能在快速變動的環境中保持冷靜及效率
- 良好的英文溝通能力

### 良好的跨國/跨部門團隊合作及溝通協調能力 學經歷背景
- 大學以上, 電子電機, 冷凍空調, 或警消學校畢業
- 廠務或保安主管工作8年以上經驗
- 具備電子業工作經驗優先考慮
