## Job description
- Manage projects from system & operation wise, focusing on E2E process capability and readiness.
- Coordinate with internal and external team on new project/process enablement or existing ones enhancement.
- Manage project schedules and milestones.
- Lead cross function teams to deal with project/program risks and issues, drive them to closure with effective solution.
- Maintain relationship with customers and bring advantage to the team to win the business.
- Internal report and process digitalization.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication skill among multi-function people, including FCST fluctuation, materials preparation, hub/VMI/site inventory management, negotiation, and presentation skill are required.
- Detail-oriented and the ability of problem-solving is required.
- Fluent in English. (Writing & speaking).
