## Job description
- AI 伺服器產品NPI，協助海外據點的產品失效分析
- 與客戶溝通現場所問題、需求和技術挑戰，以提供技術解決方案
- 建立培訓和技術支援服務，並與內外部團隊如工程、產品管理和技術支援等團隊合作
- 必要時出差海外據點，至現場進行教育訓練及流程改善

### 可獨立與跨部門業務,物料,流程改善團隊等溝通 專業能力
- 負責AI伺服器產品NPI與失效分析
- 與內部單位或是客戶溝通工程、技術問題、提供解決方案
- FAE訓練教材SOP製作與更新

### 出差海外據點進行FA教育訓練及工程流程改善 語言能力
- 1.英文多益 600 分 or 日文檢定N3以上
