## Job description
- 負責客戶品質管理，確保產品符合客戶要求和品質標準。
- 開發和維護品質管理流程和程序，以提高生產效率和產品品質。
- 監控和評估產品品質，並提供解決方案以改進品質問題。
- 協調和溝通與客戶有關的品質問題，並跟進解決方案的實施。
- 培訓和指導團隊成員，以確保他們遵守品質管理流程和要求。
- 產品移轉計畫準備, 與團隊工程準備, 品質驗證追蹤。
- 具有2年以上客戶品質管理及1年以上產品管理相關工作經驗。
- 熟悉品質管理方法和工具，如VLRR（Value, Legality, Reliability, and Reputation）和DOA（Defect on Arrival）。
- 具備良好的溝通和協調能力，能夠有效解決與客戶有關的品質問題。
- 具有良好的分析和解決問題的能力，能夠快速識別和解決品質問題。
- 具備培訓和指導他人的能力，能夠有效地傳遞品質管理知識和技能給團隊成員。
- RFI/RFQ, MOH, NRE, NPRR, DFX, PFMEA, MRR 等相關產品移轉管理知識與技能。
